Any consigned items are put through a rigorous authentication process by our in house experts before being shipped to the client. Once payment is made on a consignment item, we hold the fund, authenticate the bag and check for defects. Only then is the bag shipped and the funds released to the seller. Our team have over 10 years of experience in Hermès authentication.
