RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our Standard Policy
All items are thoroughly inspected and fully photographed before dispatch. If you have any queries about sizing, condition or any other details, please contact us at contact@found-fashion.com before placing your order.
Pre-Existing Inventory Items
If you purchase an item from our existing inventory, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To initiate a return, email contact@found-fashion.com within this 14-day window with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn and unused
- Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, and accessories
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Sourced & Bespoke Items
Where an item has been sourced specifically to your request, this is a bespoke order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to bespoke or custom orders. Once sourcing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and fees may remain payable in full or in part. We will confirm this with you before sourcing begins.
In the rare circumstance that a sourced order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@found-fashion.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue.
As all items are fully documented and photographed before shipping, we are able to verify the condition of every item at the point of dispatch. Where a valid claim is raised, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold through Found Fashion. Our team has over 10 years of experience in luxury authentication. In the event that any item is proven to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund without question.
Delivery Issues
All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an item is returned to us due to an error on our part or by the shipping carrier, a full refund will be issued.
If an item is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, a refund will not be issued for the shipping cost. We will contact you to arrange redelivery where possible.
