At Found Fashion all our items are guaranteed authentic and have gone through an authentication process by our team of experts. If it turns out otherwise, you will get your money back.
This is understandably a question we get asked a lot. While we cannot list each consignor, our items are sourced from a combination of high net-worth individuals, leading fashion stylists, and retailers looking to discreetly part with superbrand stock.
SHIPPING
Absolutely, we ship worldwide. All international deliveries are dispatched safely through DHL Express on the same day the order is placed. Please note that some international deliveries (particularly high-value orders) may incur customs charges outside of our control. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are happy to assist with sourcing an item, though a sourcing fee will apply. Get in touch with our team to discuss your request.
We can try to source the item in your size through our consignors. Reach out to us and let us know what you are looking for.
Once an item is marked as ‘Sold’ we no longer have it available, but we may be able to source another. Contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
SELLING WITH US

We don’t like to hold stock for too long, so we aim to price items realistically. Our expert team analyses the current market against your expectations to ensure you receive a competitive offer that will sell quickly.
Up to £1,500 — 20% commission £1,500 – £10,000 — 15% commission £10,000 – £50,000 — 10% commission
For rare or exotic pieces we may negotiate a mutual rate. Please contact us to discuss.
Once your item has sold we hold payment for 14 days — the buyer cool-off period. Once this period ends we will transfer the funds to your chosen bank account.
