Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and analytics providers including Google. Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, pages or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.

Order information Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you, to fulfil our contract, to process your payment, arrange shipping, provide invoices and order confirmations, communicate with you, screen orders for potential fraud, and where you have opted in, to provide information or advertising relating to our products or services. Source of collection: collected from you. Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, payment providers, and shipping partners. Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.

Customer support information Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and respond to your enquiries. Source of collection: collected from you. Disclosure for a business purpose: may be accessed by our team and shared with Shopify for support purposes. Personal Information collected: name, email address, and any information you include in your message.


Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfil our contracts with you. For example:

We use your Personal Information to provide our services, including: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment, keeping you up to date on new products and offers, and improving the Site.

Automatic Decision-Making

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud, including temporary restrictions on IP addresses and payment cards associated with repeated failed transactions. These measures do not have a lasting legal effect on you.
